The Privacy Statement describes the guidelines of the use and protection of information collected by Invoice Insight from our web site and our BillPort application software. Invoice Insight is committed to respecting the privacy of our web site visitors and application users.

What anonymous information is collected?
Invoice Insight servers may collect information about your IP address, version of computer operating system, and the name of the domain used to access the Internet.

What personally identifiable information is collected?
Our web site only collects personal information related to information inquiries, registration, or when you choose to take part in a survey. Our BillPort application software may collect information about your use of company-owned telecommunications equipment and services, assuming such information is provided to us with the permission of your employer.

Who do we share your information with?
Invoice Insight does not supply individually identifiable information to third parties unless given expressed consent, or when required by law.

How is information secured?
Invoice Insight stores transmitted information in a secure data center that is protected by generally accepted standards of technology and operational security. Security precautions are enforced to safeguard confidential information from loss, misuse, or alteration. Invoice Insight limits internal access to stored information to authorized personnel with a business related needs. Invoice Insight clients are each restricted to accessing only their own client data. Individual client users are further assigned to groups with specific application level privileges.

In an effort to produce an informative and resourceful web site experience, Invoice Insight may provide links to other websites. Invoice Insight assumes no responsibility for the content and security practices of any web sites accessed through ours.
