Invoice Insight divides its services into three broad categories:
Information Management: Includes data loading and clerical services. The foundational function is invoice processing and includes receipt and data loading of every invoice into BillPort®, regardless of the format (paper, EDI, CD, etc), service type (voice, data, wire-line or wireless), or vendor. Invoice Insight manages conversion of paper invoices to the best electronic format. Other services include the oversight of additional information sources that feed BillPort® such as cost allocation coding changes, employee and location updates, inventory changes, etc.
Cost Control: Available to clients who need additional help to get the most value from their TEM solution. Frequently, customers retain control of many of their internal processes, but ask Invoice Insight to perform monthly invoice validation, ongoing optimization, or other services to augment those provided by their staff. Invoice Insight's highly qualified team of subject matter experts ensures the flexibility to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Outsourcing Services: For customers who prefer to outsource the TEM function, Invoice Insight provides a fully managed service offering consisting of a comprehensive set of scalable technology, information management, cost control services, and other value added support.
