A quick glance into BillPort® from behind my desk provides the visibility and control I need in a fraction of the time. From the standpoint of processing bills, it's a heck of a lot quicker. Instead of hours, it now takes minutes per week. It used to take about three hours per day to process invoices and produce the output required for the AP Department. Now, it takes only 15 minutes a week. After the bills are processed, I still have the luxury of looking at the bills anytime I want. With the reporting features in BillPort® , I can quickly view data for a group of stores in a particular region. Their costs are pretty close to the same, except for usage. If I see a spike or some large variance, I can drill down quickly and determine the cause. Our old processes did not give us these capabilities."
