  • Data Entry Specialist: Responsible for performing the data entry step of the invoice processing lifecycle. Data Entry Specialists must understand and execute client-specific business functions to ensure accurate and timely data entry. At least one year of data entry experience required.

  • Account Manager: Acts as daily point of contact for assigned clients. Responsible for client satisfaction and training, timeliness of invoice processing, accuracy of data, E-bill conversion, process documentation, and direct coordination with vendors. Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and process improvement initiative. Excel experience required. Business Intelligence (BI) tool experience helpful (e.g. Hyperion).

  • Audit Specialist: Requires at least 8 years in the telecom industry, specifically in invoice auditing, and excellent communication skills. Responsible for analyzing and optimizing local and long distance services for our clients.

  • Electronic Invoicing Analyst: Lead analysis and review of EDI 811 and CD-based telecom invoices. Coordinate with vendors regarding various billing platform. Requires familiarity with MS Access, SQL, and EDI. Must have telecom billing expertise.

  • Hyperion/Brio Enterprise Server Administrator: Responsible for administration of Hyperion/Brio software as well as building custom dashboards, analytical reports, and data models.

  • Mercator / DataStage TX EDI 811 Developer: Build and maintain maps for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Must have experience with DataStage TX and EDI 811 transactions.

  • VB/SQL Server Developer: Responsible for developing and maintaining data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) programs. Must have experience with Object Oriented Programming, Visual Basic, COM (Microsoft ADO/ADOX), OLEDB, ODBC, Access, Transact-SQL, and SQL Server 2000. [3+ yrs in VB and SQL Server]
